Please note that on all the package deals the Artist and Counsel will together determine the extent to which the allotted times will be allocated among the options available within the package. Work beyond the allotted times must be separately negotiated. Prices do not include third party expenses (such as corporate fees, copyright filing fees, mechanical licensing fees etc. which will be passed on to the Artist without markup).
CD Recording Package: (Up to 4 Hours of Consultation/Service) for a Flat Rate of $399.00:
1. Presentation of Work for Hire Agreements.
2. Review of Recording Agreement, Producer Agreement, and Publishing and/or Songwriter Agreements if existing, and drafting if needed.
3. Securing Mechanical Licenses if Needed.
4. Participating in ensuing negotiations on the Artist's behalf.
Premium Artist Starter Package (Up to 5 Hours of Consultation/Service) for a Flat Rate of $499.00:
1. Consultation on organization of entity, recording, publishing, distribution, management, gigging and touring.
2. Drafting of up to two documents (e.g. corporate papers; work for hire contracts; management agreement etc.).
3. Review of any one contract which has been presented to the Artist.
Deal Review Package (Up to 6 Hours of Consultation/Service) for a Flat Rate of $599.00:
1. Review of Deal (Including Multi-document) presented to the Artist by a Label, Management, or for Distribution or Touring (or for other deals as appropriate for this package).
2. Red-lining documents and discussions with Artist explaining the deal and the extent to which the Artist may wish to negotiate and on what points.
3. Participating in ensuing negotiations on the Artist's behalf.
